RETURN POLICY

Within 30 days of the product purchase date you may return products. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included parts. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

NOTE

A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns on correctly filled orders.

Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on custom fabrication.

WARRANTY

All products, carry a 90 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This 90 day commercial warranty does not include any use of products that fall outside the designed use of the product.

FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

Poltex will replace the items at no cost to the customer.  FedEx ground shipping will be used unless expedited shipping is requested- and paid for- by customer.
